Congratulations Graduates

Sassy Studio Designs has started a progressive challenge at the (PCP) Paper Craft Planet Site, and the first challenge is up and going.  You have a month to get a project posted; but stop over and see the rules and request the image.  This month the image is this Sassy Graduate and I have colored her with Copics.  I used mostly black, white, & gray.  Then added just a touch of red.  The sentiment is punched out with a Stampin Up punch and the edging is punched out with a Martha Stewart punch. And a couple of red flowers were added from my stash.

Wedding Congratulations

There is a new challenge over at Tammy's Scrapin Corner and this week it's Ribbons & Lace and we are being sponsored by A Day for Daisies.  I have used this gorgeous image called 'You May Kiss the Bride.'  I have colored it with my Copics and added Diamond Dust Stickles.  My lace is from Recollections and the ribbon is from my stash.  A couple layers of cardstock and flowers also from my stash and I am pleased with this wedding card; not my photography, since this one is not sitting straight.

It's time for a new challenge at Platypuss Creek and this week the challenge is to do an 'Easel Card.'  I have used the Blue Jay image and colored it with Copics in shades of blues and added brown cardstock.  Added the greeting and a flower from Petaloo.

Happy Birthday

I have another birthday card; it's a good thing I need lots of birthday cards.   Sassy Studio Designs is sponsoring a Birthday Challenge at CRAFT Challenge.  I have used the Pregnant Pin Up and colored her with Copics and mounted her on a cream and black lacey paper that I cut to make a frame.  I used some black & white paper to make a rosette and added a rhinestone center.  I have added just a few rhinestones for a little extra sparkle and a bow.  Then punched out the sentiment with a Stampin' Up punch.

Happy Mother's Day

It's Monday and time for a new challenge at Tammy's Scrapin Corner and this week we are celebrating Mother's Day.  We have 2 sponsors this week QKR Stampede and Digi Stamp Characters.  I have used this cute Baby 2 image from Digi Stamp Characters.  I have added some papers in mostly pinks and punched out several sizes of circles with EK Success punches.  Added the sentiment and a pink bow and I have my finished card.
